I had the same feeling about WLM when I moved to a Vista laptop. In planning
to upgrade it to 7 I decided to move the Windows Mail (WM) I had moved to
from OE to WLM. Surprisingly now that I have been using it for several
months I find it has many nice things and like it better than the old OE. It
actually is very much like OE in the way it functions.

Emys, If you read this let me know what you have done.

PS Steve, maybe you have found something better? I am always "willing to
learn" also.

I am going to buy a new computer with Win7 and I am backing up and
researching before I buy. So it will be goodbye OE and probably over to
Windows Live Mail. Many thanks for everything over the years.
Good luck with WLM. I won't touch it.
What is your preferred choice Steve? I want to be close to OE if
possible, but I am willing to learn.

I'm still using OE at the moment and WinMail in Vista for NGs. I have no
compelling reason to use Win7.
